Cancellation Policy
We require a notice of at least 14 days prior to camper’s start date in order to give a full refund. If a camper cancels within 14 days of their camp start date, we cannot give a refund, as we will be unable to fill that spot in time for another camper to take it. We will instead attempt to place camper into a different camp of their choosing, as long as there is an opening. Any camper who books through Early Registration will not get a refund for cancellation under any circumstance. By registering early, camper agrees to commit to the camp dates, and that booking locks out another potential camper. We will instead attempt to place the camper in a different camp of their choosing, as long as there is an opening.
