ABOUT TIP TOP POTTERY
Tip Top Pottery has been in business, in the same location, since February 2005. We can be found in the Tip Top Media Building, which houses a dynamic community of businesses, art studios, restaurants, and shops.
Tip Top Pottery started as a paint-your-own-pottery studio, but over the years has grown into so much more. Explore our website for more information regarding wheel-throwing and hand-building classes, birthday parties, private events, our clay co-op, summer camp, and the fun "sip n' paint" classes we offer, known as Cork & Canvas. We even have a little gift shop showcasing handmade local art!
We hope to see you in our studio soon!
Born and raised in the Upper Valley, Tyler was a regular at the studio growing up, making his purchase of the business on June 30th, 2017 a sentimental one. He is at the studio more often than not, and his passion for hand-building, glazing and firing is what makes this place tick.
Tyler also teaches the Hand-building lessons, and loves to show customers all the things they can make with clay!
Jen has been the Manager of Tip Top Pottery since 2022, but she is not a new face, as she has worked part-time here since 2015. She likes to do a little bit of everything in the studio, from assisting painters to facilitating birthday parties to instructing off-site pottery events.
In our gift shop, she creates watercolor greeting cards and tablet-woven items. She is here every Thursday, so come in and say hello on Ladies' Night!
Cork & Canvas Instructor
Statia works in the studio every Friday night, and creates amazing artwork for our Gift Shop, including life-like felt creatures and mushrooms. She is best known, however, as the instructor for our Cork & Canvas classes. Her warm personality and easy-going demeanor takes all the fear out of painting a canvas, so why not try a class with her?
Addy is currently a Senior at Thetford Academy and has become a valuable member of our team. She can tackle any task put to her, and does so with a smile!
