Computer Savvy?

We have a short-term task
perfect for a high-school student this summer

We need to create a system to scan and organize

a large quantity of documents:

  • Scan backlog of customer information (we have 2+ years worth of boxes)

  • Organize scans into an easy-to-use system

  • Must be easily searchable

  • System must be quick & easy to maintain and add onto (sense a recurring theme here?)

I have considered several different options (from document scanners to phone cameras, etc) but nothing seems quite

right, and I'd like to get a fresh perspective

You would be responsible for presenting the best system

for us to use and then completing the task
