Service Description

Rent our back room for a two hour (pre-scheduled) time slot! BYO food, beverage and paper goods- we'll do the rest! **Please note: Birthday Party rates apply to youth only. HOW IT WORKS: * Price per painter is $20+tax (This total can be paid at the end of your party) * Each painter gets to choose their (one) party animal from our Birthday Party Shelf. We typically have 15-20 different options at once, and these little animal figurines make excellent keepsakes for your party goers! THE DETAILS: * We need to fire your pieces after they are painted, so the turnaround to get your items back is 10-14 business days. Once fired, all items will be individually wrapped by us, with the child's name or initials prominently displayed. You are then responsible for distributing all figurines to your party guests. * We can seat 12 painters comfortably in our back room. There is some additional room to sit and stand, but we ask that you keep your entire group in the rented space. * Feel free to come a little early (15 minutes max) to set up! Please note that we may be cleaning up from an event prior to yours. * Our Party Room is rented for 2-hour time slots. We often have parties scheduled back to back, so we need you to leave on time so that staff is able to clean and set-up in between events. Therefore, we will charge an additional $5/minute past your 2-hour deadline. * The $104 rental fee is refundable as long as your cancellation is made 48 HOURS PRIOR to your party. * The $104 rental fee includes both the non-taxable rental ($100) plus a 3.99% online convenience fee.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 7 DAYS in advance in order to receive a full refund.
